The Ad-hoc Query display formats the results for easy viewing. Sample information is displayed as defined on the search screen and is freeze framed when scrolling down a list of results that exceeds one page.

The result names are freeze framed against the left column as the user scrolls through the list of samples.

Data set information is displayed in the header showing:

• Number of samples found
• Current user ID
• Legend of color coding for sample results and sample status

Results are displayed including:

• Color coding of off-spec results
• Fly over display of specifications
• Hyperlink to sample information
