Web Certificates of Analysis (COA) enables users to generate professional, customer-specific Certificates of Analysis through a menu-driven process, making the COA creation process simple enough to delegate to personnel outside the QA Department. The Product and Customer keys write-back feature allows the user to add customer/site specific information to each query techniques.

The web based COA application works seamlessly with the WinBLISS COA application, which runs as a MS Word add-in. The same customer, product, specifications, and format files are used by both applications. This consistency provides an easy transition for existing customers and allows for a mixture of WinBLISS and WebBLISS users.

Web COA provides the added benefit of showing all samples found in the search and the status of each customer for that product (or each product for a particular customer).

The status includes:

• Incomplete – Not all of the tests required for that customer’s specifications are available on the sample
• Non-conform – All of the tests are present on the sample but some do not meet the customer’s specifications
• Conform – All of the tests are present on the sample and meet the customer’s specifications.

This same feature can be used for grading a product by displaying those grades met by the sample results.
