| Instructional Procedure
- Participants will use individual PCs. All training exercises will be based on the use of a standardized training database, and each participant will use a separate copy of this database. Instruction will include a combination of verbal instruction, demonstration, guided practice, and independent practice. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the learning process. |
