COA Viewer

Once created, the COA is approved through the COA Admin Viewer. This allows the lab to create the COA’s and have an outside user give final approval to release the COA. The outside users can be restricted to specific shipping locations so they can only see their COA’s.

The COA Admin Viewer allows users to:

• Review the COA by clicking on the hyperlinked COA ID number
• Edit the prompts on the COA to make corrections
• Cancel a COA
• Reprocess the COA if sample results have been updated on the original sample.
• Approve the COA

The user can also review historical information for COA’s including:

• Review completed COA’s
• Review canceled COA’s
• Investigate errors on COA’s
• Maintain the range of dates to keep the information active
