SAMPLE MANAGEMENT tools were created for managing sample data that can be custom designed for each laboratory. This allows for increased productivity and cost effectiveness, while providing the user with easy to use data management tools that can be modified or expanded over time.

Routine Sample Scheduling is a powerful tool to develop sophisticated sample schedules. It allows existing schedules to be copied, then modified off-line for future unit trials or campaigns. Special samples can be scheduled to expire, so the lab doesn’t accumulate unneeded samples on the sample schedule.

Worksheets help analysts manage testing and reduce data entry errors in laboratory environments where electronic equipment for data entry or instrument interfacing is not appropriate. It provides a printed copy of the analytical backlog for a laboratory area, in exactly the same sequence it appears on the entry screens.

Label Manager features user-designed labels with Microsoft Word. A number of processing parameters can be defined, including the number of labels per sample and the number and types of required sample containers.

Relational Keys allow lab personnel to develop user-defined search fields and easily assign values to those attributes at the sample point level for data search and retrieval purposes. This empowers organizations to configure WinBLISS to meet exacting business process needs.

Stability Testing automatically schedules multiple samples to be logged in from a single sample login and relates all associated samples through a relational key. It allows easy retrieval of associated sample data and enables advanced sample scheduling.
